3 Items to get from a buyer making an offer on your apartment

As soon as someone wants to make an offer on your apartment, you should request these 3 items.

1) offer form - detailing the terms of the offer. ie. contingent vs non contingent, % down, pre approved for mortgage..etc

2) Financial Form - detailing the financial make up of the buyers. ie. assets vs liabilities, income, monthly expenses, liquid cash

3) Pre Approval - the buyer should have a valid pre approval letter for a mortgage.

If someone does not provide you with these items, you should be wary of their offer as you need to know the specifics to make the best decisions.

    Since the zillow take over , the price to place a fsbo ad on Street Easy has now climbed to a high of 595 per month. Originally it was 199 per month. What we look to do here is create a base for FSB
